Parasyte: The Grey is available!
Netflix’s new live-action adaptation has been available since Friday, April 5th, drawing inspiration from Hitoshi Iwaaki’s manga of the same name while creating an original and captivating story. The film was produced by Yeon Sang-ho (known for his films such as Train to Busan and Hellbound). The series consists of 6 episodes, each running between 40 to 50 minutes, taking us into a Korean horror/drama series, even bordering on invasion.
Plot Summary:
Inspired by the manga “Parasite,” where parasites colonize human brains to take control of their bodies, the series “Parasyte: The Grey” unfolds in a world similar to ours… until parasitic life forms come into play. Faced with the threat posed by these unidentified creatures constantly increasing their power, humans mobilize to try to eliminate them.

A new Matrix film is in the works at Warner Bros!
Warner Bros has officially confirmed the rumors of a 5th installment in the Matrix saga. For now, no casting confirmation has been made. However, there is a change in production as it is set to be produced by Drew Goddard, an Oscar-nominated screenwriter for “The Martian.”
Jesse Ehrman, president of Warner Bros Motion Pictures production, commented, “Drew came to Warner Bros with a new idea that we believe would be an incredible way to perpetuate the world of Matrix, honoring both what Lana and Lilly started over 25 years ago and offering a unique perspective based on his own love for the series and characters.”
Goddard himself stated, “It’s not hyperbole to say that the Matrix films have changed both cinema and my life. Lana and Lilly’s exquisite artistic talent inspires me every day, and I am more than grateful for the chance to tell stories in their world.”

Godzilla x Kong is out in theaters
Franchise Godzilla fans can rejoice as the brand new film “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” is out and can be viewed in cinemas. An exciting start as it holds a 92% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The battle continues as Legendary Pictures’ Monsterverse follows up the explosive clash of “Godzilla vs. Kong” with an all-new adventure pitting the mighty Kong and the formidable Godzilla against a colossal unknown threat hidden in our world.
The film is directed by Adam Wingard, written by Terry Rossio (Godzilla vs. Kong) and Simon Barrett (You’re Next), and Jeremy Slater (Moon Knight). It is produced by Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Eric McLeod, Thomas Tull, and Brian Rogers. Executive producers include Wingard, Jen Conroy, Jay Ashenfelter, Yoshimitsu Banno, and Kenji Okuhira.

Filming for Daredevil: Born Again is completed!
